- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chickpeas and sauté for 5 minutes. 
- Mix in cumin, coriander, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until chickpeas are golden and crispy. 
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make a creamy sauce. 
- Lay out the wraps and spread each with a layer of the yogurt sauce. 
- Top with spinach leaves, sautéed chickpeas, diced tomatoes, and red onions. 
- Roll up the wraps tightly, cut in half, and pack in your lunch box. Enjoy a flavorful and healthy meal!
