Ingredients:
- 500g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnishMarinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
Cook the chicken: Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Place the marinated chicken thighs on the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing thinly.
