  1. Ingredients:
    - 1 kg beef chuck, cut into cubes
    - 2 large onions, finely chopped
    - 3 cloves garlic, minced
    - 2 red bell peppers, diced
    - 3 tablespoons sweet paprika
    - 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
    - 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
    - 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
    - 1 liter beef broth
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - 2 bay leaves
    - Olive oil

  2. Heat a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until soft and golden.

  8. Pour in the beef broth, add bay leaves, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.

  9. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours or until the beef is tender.

  10. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary, and serve hot with a side of crusty bread or over cooked noodles.
