  1. Ingredients:
    - 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
    - 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
    - 1 medium carrot, julienned
    - 1 onion, sliced
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 50g snap peas
    - 2 tbsp soy sauce
    - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    - 1 tsp sesame oil
    - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    - Salt and pepper to taste

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Log in to view progress.

  4. Add the garlic and onion, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.

  5. Increase the heat to high and add the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and are nearly cooked through.

  6. Add the bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas to the pan, stir-frying for about 2-3 minutes until just tender.

  7. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to coat all the ingredients.

  8. Cook for an additional minute or two, just until everything is heated through and the sauce has slightly thickened.

  9. Serve hot, ideally over steamed rice or noodles.
