Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef (85% lean)
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Salt & pepper
- Butter (for toasting buns)Prepare the patties: In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form each into a patty slightly larger than your buns.
Cook the patties: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. Place a slice of cheddar on each patty during the last minute of cooking to let it melt.
