Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes, depending on the thickness, until it's cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
While the salmon is cooking, prepare the citrus herb sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, chopped herbs, and red pepper flakes.
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the skillet and place it on a serving plate. Pour the citrus herb sauce over the salmon while it's still hot.
