Ruscona - Shine

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)
- A pinch of salt

In a microwave-safe mug, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth.

If using, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Microwave the mug on high for 70-90 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is firm to the touch.

Let the mug cake cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying right from the mug.
