  1. Ingredients:
    - 500g beef chuck, cut into cubes
    - 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
    - 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    - 1 onion, chopped
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 liter beef broth
    - 1 tsp salt
    - 1/2 tsp black pepper
    - 1 tsp thyme
    - 2 tbsp olive oil

  2. Heat the olive oil in the pressure cooker over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until they are translucent.

  8. Open the lid once the pressure is fully released. Stir the stew and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
